Module 1: Hybrid Workplace concept - Personalization at work

To kick our course off, we will start with the module "THE HYBRID WORKPLACE - PERSONALIZATION AT WORK".

You will get answers to what makes a workplace hybrid and why we need to embrace it (it is the future 😉).

We will also dive deeper into "personalization", a term known from marketing and now transferred into the organizational context. Together with Bilge Apak and Daniel Stoller-Schai all of us will figure out how we go about it with real-life examples.
