Led remote global leadership roles in HR for 20+ years: in-house and consulting, developing human and digital solutions for multiple clients, Org—design (OD) and development, transformational talent, and learning landscapes from scratch. Chantelle's unique background encompasses multi-sector experience, fluency in two languages, and extensive research into the successes and failures of artificial intelligence through critical incident interviews across 12 companies. Sheis not only skilled in coaching, with certifications in ORSC ICF™, Facilitation Theory U® from MIT, and AgilePM®, but also possesses strong applied research skills. These skills will be further honed and applied at ISTF and Cambridge University in 2024.
